Dentists must be able to perform a thorough examination, differential diagnosis and a definitive treatment plan for patients suffering from DH.
The lecture will discuss that the treatment of DH requires patient's cooperation and consistent follow up from the dental professional. It will also highlight important characteristics of an effective occlusive agent to render a fast and long lasting relief from dentin hypersensitivity.
